Founded on empathy
I've noticed how frequently I attend a training or watch an ad that clearly doesn't seem to be created with me in mind. As a straight, cis, White dude, I recognize my seat of privilege in US culture. That said, it’s not lost on me how frequently others must feel left out of the content they consume. It’s my goal to deliver training and education that’s built on your perspective and help others create content to do the same.
